If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the package. Simply contact us to initiate the return process. Once we inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Please note, the item must be in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jadeite jewelry. While some of our items come with an identification certificate from a certified testing agent, please note that not all products include this certification.
If an item does not come with a certificate, we are not responsible for providing one.
Rest assured, the main gem setting of each piece in our collection is thoroughly examined and inspected by a certified specialist with a Diploma of Jadeite Jade from the Hong Kong Institute of Gemology. This ensures that every piece meets the highest standards of authenticity and quality.
