Hi friends, I’m Dennis Li.
CC Jade House was built by my mom, Leung, Yuk Yung, over 60 years of dedication to untreated jadeite and genuine gemstones. She passed peacefully in April 2026, leaving behind not just a business, but a spirit.
She never gave up—a true warrior at heart. She lifted others whenever they needed it most. That spirit continues to live on in every piece we share. As we carry her legacy forward, we invite anyone passionate about jewelry-making and creative minds from all backgrounds to collaborate with us and express jadeite in your own voice. No idea is too small.
As our mom has recently passed, we are in the process of thoughtfully refreshing the shop, with a vision to reimagine the business and make untreated jadeite more accessible to everyone. This will take some time as we bring everything together. C. C. Gems at Suriwong Rd.
The original shop was located at 432 Suriwong Road. To improve the traffic condition, the Government decided to build an expressway in 1988.. As a result of that, the shops in that area had to be demolished including the once famous Honey Night Club, where you can find many Asian artists and signers performing on stage during dim sum at lunch.

My mom discovered this new location and continued her business here until now.
