Hi friends, I’m Dennis Li.
CC Jade House was founded by my mom, Leung, Yuk Yung, built on over 60 years of love and dedication to untreated jadeite and genuine gemstones. She passed away peacefully in April 2026 at the golden age of 96, leaving behind a legacy of resilience, heart and kindness. Mom was a true warrior who always lifted people up when they needed it most, and that loving spirit lives on in every single piece we share. Her ultimate wish was for us to keep her dream alive and let the beauty of genuine jadeite shine in every corner of the world.
In Chinese tradition, untreated jadeite is cherished for its gentle, natural energy that helps bring balance, harmony, and a sense of protection against negative vibes. When you gift a piece of pure jadeite to someone special, you are sharing far more than a stunning gemstone—you are giving them a heartfelt blessing and warm wishes that stay right by their side wherever they go.
As we carry her legacy forward, our wish is simple. We want to make genuine, untreated jadeite accessible to everyone so more people can experience its natural beauty, depth, and the blessing it represents. We are currently actively renovating the shop to get it ready to reopen soon. The original shop was located at 432 Suriwong Road. To improve the traffic condition, the Government decided to build an expressway in 1988.. As a result of that, the shops in that area had to be demolished including the once famous Honey Night Club, where you can find many Asian artists and signers performing on stage during dim sum at lunch.

My mom discovered this new location and continued her business here until now.
